Cheesy Bacon Hasselback Chicken is a delicious twist on the classic chicken dinner. This easy dish is very impressive and can be modified to suit a range of personal tastes.

Tyson® Chicken Breasts
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon
, roughly chopped
, finely sliced
Using a sharp knife, make shallow cuts horizontally across the
Tyson® Chicken Breasts (4)
. Transfer to a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.
In a large fry pan over medium heat, add
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (4 slices)
. Cook until slightly crisp.
Garlic (1 clove)
Scallions (1 bunch)
. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Cream Cheese (1/2 cup)
. Allow to melt into the mixture. Transfer the mixture to a dish and allow to cool.
Spoon the mixture in between the gaps in the chicken. Top with
Cheese (1/2 cup)
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked all the way through.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
