Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Using a sharp knife, make shallow cuts horizontally across the Tyson® Chicken Breasts (4) . Transfer to a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.
Step 2
In a large fry pan over medium heat, add Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (4 slices) . Cook until slightly crisp.
Step 3
Add in Garlic (1 clove) and Scallions (2) . Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Add in Cream Cheese (1/2 cup) . Allow to melt into the mixture. Transfer the mixture to a dish and allow to cool.
Step 5
Spoon the mixture in between the gaps in the chicken. Top with Cheese (1/2 cup) .
Step 6
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked all the way through.
Step 7
Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Serve and enjoy!
