Using a sharp knife, make shallow cuts horizontally across the
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (4)
. Transfer to a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.
In a large fry pan over medium heat, add
Bacon (4 slices)
. Cook until slightly crisp.
Garlic (1 clove)
Scallions (1 bunch)
. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Cream Cheese (1/2 cup)
. Allow to melt into the mixture. Transfer the mixture to a dish and allow to cool.
Spoon the mixture in between the gaps in the chicken. Top with
Cheese (1/2 cup)
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked all the way through.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
