In a large saucepan over medium heat, add
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
Garlic (1 clove)
Yellow Onion (1)
. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until onions have softened.
Bacon (8 slices)
. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes, or until bacon is slightly crispy.
Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 3/4 cups)
Tomato Paste (2 Tbsp)
Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp)
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened up slightly. Sprinkle in
Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp)
Add the sauce to
Pasta (9 oz)
and stir to combine. Transfer into a lightly greased baking dish. Top with
Cheese (1 1/2 cups)
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
