Bacon , roughly chopped

1 clove
Garlic , crushed
1 3/4 cups
Canned Diced Tomatoes
2 Tbsp
Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce
to taste
Salt and Pepper
1 Tbsp
Fresh Parsley , chopped
1 1/2 cups
Cheese , grated
to taste
Fresh Parsley , chopped

Directions

Step 1
In a large saucepan over medium heat, add Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) , Garlic (1 clove) and Yellow Onion (1) . Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until onions have softened.
Step 2
Add in Bacon (8 slices) . Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes, or until bacon is slightly crispy.
Step 3
Add in Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 3/4 cups) , Tomato Paste (2 Tbsp) , Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp) , Salt and Pepper (to taste) . Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened up slightly. Sprinkle in Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp) .
Step 4
Add the sauce to Pasta (9 oz) and stir to combine. Transfer into a lightly greased baking dish. Top with Cheese (1 1/2 cups) and additional Fresh Parsley (to taste) .
Step 5
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
