White Onion , chopped
4 cloves
Garlic , minced
1/4 cup
Nutritional Yeast
2 sprigs
1/4 cup
Panko Breadcrumbs
1 pinch

Step 1
Heat Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a large pot over medium heat. Add White Onion (1) and Garlic (4 cloves) , cooking until onion softens, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add Low-Sodium Vegetable Broth (3 cups) , Nutritional Yeast (1/4 cup) , and Fresh Thyme (2 sprigs) . Roughly chop about 3/4 of the Cauliflower (1 head) and add to the pot. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until cauliflower is fork-tender.
