Pat dry Chickpeas (1 can) with paper towels then mix with Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), Tamari Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon), Sriracha (2 teaspoon), Maple Syrup (1 teaspoon), Smoked Paprika (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1/4 teaspoon) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon). Spread onto half of a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
