Banana Cream Pie Cheesecake is my version of the famous dessert from America's world renowned "The Cheesecake Factory" restaurant chain. Cream cheese, sugar, banana, vanilla and whipping cream are combined and poured on to a rich cookie base. Baked until golden, then chilled until firm - this rich, creamy cheesecake will be a smash hit at your next party- give it a go!
Vanilla Cream-Filled Cookies
Into a bowl, add in and mix your crushed
Vanilla Cream-Filled Cookies (20)
Butter (3 Tbsp)
Into a tin baking lined with some baking paper, add in your cookie mixture, and make sure it is compressed well. Then, pop . it in the fridge to chill while you work on your filling.
Using an electric mixer, beat the
Cream Cheese (3 1/4 cups)
until it is nice and smooth. Then, add in and mix the
Caster Sugar (2/3 cup)
Corn Flour (2 Tbsp)
Add in the
Whipping Cream (1/2 cup)
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
Bananas (1 cup)
, and blend everything together until smooth.
Put your filling over the cake, and bake under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
