Into a bowl, add in and mix your crushed Vanilla Cream-Filled Cookies (20), and Butter (50 gram).
Into a tin baking lined with some baking paper, add in your cookie mixture, and make sure it is compressed well. Then, pop . it in the fridge to chill while you work on your filling.
Using an electric mixer, beat the Cream Cheese (750 gram) until it is nice and smooth. Then, add in and mix the Caster Sugar (2/3 cup), Corn Flour (2 tablespoon) and Egg (3)
Add in the Whipping Cream (1/2 cup), Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon) and Banana (1 cup), and blend everything together until smooth.
Put your filling over the cake, and bake under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 15 minutes.
