Into a tin baking lined with some baking paper, add in your cookie mixture, and make sure it is compressed well. Then, pop . it in the fridge to chill while you work on your filling.

Using an electric mixer, beat the Cream Cheese (3 1/4 cups) until it is nice and smooth. Then, add in and mix the Caster Sugar (2/3 cup), Corn Flour (2 Tbsp) and Eggs (3)

Add in the Whipping Cream (1/2 cup), Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp) and Banana (1 cup), and blend everything together until smooth.
