Step 1
Into a bowl, add in and mix your crushed Vanilla Cream-Filled Cookies (20) , and Butter (3 Tbsp) .
Step 2
Into a tin baking lined with some baking paper, add in your cookie mixture, and make sure it is compressed well. Then, pop . it in the fridge to chill while you work on your filling.
Step 3
Using an electric mixer, beat the Cream Cheese (3 1/4 cups) until it is nice and smooth. Then, add in and mix the Caster Sugar (2/3 cup) , Corn Flour (2 Tbsp) and Eggs (3)
Step 4
Add in the Whipping Cream (1/2 cup) , Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp) and Bananas (1 cup) , and blend everything together until smooth.
Step 5
Put your filling over the cake, and bake under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 15 minutes.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
