Step 1
In a small jug, add
Olive Oil (1/4 cup)

Lemon Juice (1/3 cup)

Dried Oregano (1 tsp)

Onion Powder (1 tsp)

Garlic (2 cloves)

Salt (1 tsp)
, and
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Stir together.
Step 2
In a slow cooker, add
Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2.2 lb)
,
Red Potatoes (4 cups)
and
Baby Carrots (2 cups)
. Pour the marinade mixture over everything. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours.
Step 3
Once the chicken and veggies are tender, serve!
