Cooking Instructions
1.
In a fry pan, add Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp), Garlic (2 cloves), Fresh Ginger (2 tsp) and Ground Pork (1.1 lb). Fry until meat is browned.

Add Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), Oyster Sauce (2 Tbsp) and Lime (1). Stir to combine.
3.
Add Water Chestnuts (1 3/4 cups) and Scallions (1 bunch). Fry for another 2 minutes.
4.
Spoon the mixture into cups made of Iceberg Lettuce (1 head). Garnish with additional Scallions (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
