In a fry pan, add Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Fresh Ginger (1/2 Tbsp) and Ground Pork (1.1 lb) . Fry until meat is browned.
Step 2
Add Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp) , Oyster Sauce (2 Tbsp) and Lime Juice (2 Tbsp) . Stir to combine.
Step 3
Add Water Chestnuts (1 3/4 cups) and Scallions (1 bunch) . Fry for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Spoon the mixture into cups made of Iceberg Lettuce (1 head) . Garnish with additional Scallions (to taste) . Serve and enjoy!
