. Stir to combine.
Step 3

Water Chestnuts (1 3/4 cups)
and
Scallions (1 bunch)
. Fry for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Spoon the mixture into cups made of
Iceberg Lettuce (1 head)
. Garnish with additional
Scallions (to taste)
. Serve and enjoy!
