In a fry pan, add Vegetable Oil (1 tablespoon), Garlic (2 clove), Fresh Ginger (2 teaspoon) and Ground Pork (500 gram). Fry until meat is browned.
Add Soy Sauce (2 tablespoon), Oyster Sauce (2 tablespoon) and Lime Juice (2 tablespoon). Stir to combine.
Add Water Chestnuts (8 ounce) and Scallion (5). Fry for another 2 minutes.
Spoon the mixture into cups made of Iceberg Lettuce (1 head). Garnish with additional Scallion (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
