Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli is a simple, flavor-packed crock pot version of the Chinese restaurant classic. Beef strips are combined with a delicious sauce and fresh broccoli, then slow-cooked until tender. Serve with rice, noodles, or by itself.

2 cloves
Garlic , minced
1/2 cup

Oyster Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp
Sesame Oil
1 cup
Beef Stock
3 Tbsp
Water
1.5 lb
Lean Ground Beef , cut
1
Small Yellow Onion , diced
1 head
cut into florets

Step 1
Pour Brown Sugar (1/4 cup) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Soy Sauce (1/2 cup) , Oyster Sauce (1/4 cup) , Sesame Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp) and Beef Stock (1 cup) into a jug, then stir them together.
Step 2
Add Lean Ground Beef (1.5 lb) and Yellow Onion (1) into the slow cooker pot. Pour the sauce mixture over it. Stir everything together.
Step 3
Pop the lid on and start cooking. You will need to cook it for 2.5 hours on high setting, or 4-5 hours on low setting.
Step 4
Thirty minutes before the end of the cooking time, add Corn Flour (3 Tbsp) and Water (3 Tbsp) to thicken the sauce.
Step 5
Add the Broccoli (1 head) and stir everything together.
Step 6
Serve with White Rice (to taste) or by itself.
