Creamy Bacon and Mushroom Chicken is an easy weeknight dinner dish that only requires a little chopping and stirring!

Tyson® Chicken Breasts
, finely chopped
, finely chopped
or Pouring Cream
Ground Black Pepper
Put a large frying pan over medium heat with Olive Oil (as needed) in the bottom. Add in Yellow Onion (1), Garlic (2 cloves), and Bacon (2 slices). Cook, stirring occasionally until the onions start to soften.
Add in Tyson® Chicken Breasts (1.1 lb) and stir. Allow it to cook for five minutes.
Add in Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp) to balance out the flavors, and stir it in. Reduce the heat slightly.
Add in Zucchini (2), Button Mushrooms (2 cups). Stir. Allow it to cook for another five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Whipping Cream (1 1/2 cups) and stir it in. Keep stirring frequently until the sauce comes back to boiling point. When it is boiling, slightly reduce the temperature. Let it simmer until the sauce is reduced and stickened up.
Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and serve over Pasta (to taste).
