Step 1
To crock pot basin, add in Yellow Onion (1) , Garlic (1 clove) , Carrot (1) , Potatoes (3) , Beef Steak (1.1 lb) , Short Cut Rindless Bacon Slices (6) , Tomato Paste (1 cup) , and Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp) , and some Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 2
Add in Beef Stock (4 cups) and some Corn Starch (1 tsp) with water. Stir together and cook for 5 - 6 hours on low or 2 - 3 hours on high.
Step 3
Serve and enjoy!
