Into a saucepan with some Olive Oil (as needed) add and cook Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (1.1 lb) for about 3 minutes. Set aside.

Cook the Yellow Onion (1) for a few minutes. Then add and cook the Button Mushrooms (10), and Red Bell Pepper (1) for about 2 minutes.

Return the chicken back to the sauce pan. Then add in the Paprika (1 tsp), Chicken Stock Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Gently stir everything together.
