Step 1
Into a saucepan with some
Olive Oil (as needed)
add and cook
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (1.1 lb)
for about 3 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2
Cook the
Yellow Onion (1)
for a few minutes. Then add and cook the
Button Mushrooms (10)
, and
Red Bell Pepper (1)
for about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Return the chicken back to the sauce pan. Then add in the
Paprika (1 tsp)
,
Chicken Stock Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Gently stir everything together.
Step 4
Add in the
Sour Cream (1 cup)
, and cook everything well.
Step 5
Serve together with some
Pasta (to taste)
