Into a sauce pan with some Olive Oil (to taste),add and cook Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh (500 gram) for about 3 minutes. Set aside.
Cook the Yellow Onion (1) for a few minutes. Then add and cook the Button Mushroom (10), and Red Bell Pepper (1) for about 2 minutes.
Return the chicken back to the sauce pan. Then add in the Paprika (1 teaspoon), Chicken Stock Powder (2 teaspoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste). Gently stir everything together.
Add in the Sour Cream (250 milliliter), and cook everything well.
Serve together with some Pasta (to taste).
