Cooking Instructions

Into a saucepan with some Olive Oil (as needed) add and cook Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (1.1 lb) for about 3 minutes. Set aside.
2.
Cook the Yellow Onion (1) for a few minutes. Then add and cook the Button Mushrooms (10), and Red Bell Pepper (1) for about 2 minutes.
3.
Return the chicken back to the sauce pan. Then add in the Paprika (1 tsp), Chicken Stock Powder (2 tsp), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Gently stir everything together.
4.
Add in the Sour Cream (1 cup), and cook everything well.
5.
Serve together with some Pasta (to taste).
