Into a wok greased with some Sesame Oil (4 teaspoon), cook the Chicken Breast (500 gram). Set aside for a while.
Grease wok one more time, and add in the Yellow Onion (1), Garlic (1 clove) and Frozen Mixed Vegetables (1 cup).Cook everything well together.
Add in the Egg (2), and cook for a few minutes. Then, add in the chicken, and White Rice (3 cup) into the wok. Sprinkle over with some Soy Sauce (1/4 cup), and mix everything together.
