Step 1
Into a bowl, add and mix the
Breadcrumbs (3 cups)

Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 cup)
, and
Fresh Rosemary (1 Tbsp)

Step 2
Season the
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
with
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Step 3
Take the each
Lamb Chops (10 pieces)
, put it in the Flour making sure it's coated well, dip it in the
Eggs (2)
, and rub it with the breadcrumb mix. Continue with the rest of the lamb cutlets, and put them on a plate.
Step 4
Cover the plate with a clean film, and pop it in the fridge for half an hour.
Step 5
Inside a frying pan, heat the
Oil (to taste)
up. Cook your cutlets in batches for about 3 minutes on each side.
Step 6
Serve with some
Salad Greens (to taste)
and enjoy!
