Step 1
Into a bowl, add and mix the
Breadcrumbs (3 cups)
,
Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 cup)
, and
Fresh Rosemary (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 2
Season the
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 3
Take each
Lamb Chops (2.2 lb)
and put it in the Flour making sure it's coated well. Dip it in the
Eggs (2)
and rub it with the breadcrumb mix. Continue with the rest of the lamb cutlets, and put them on a plate.
Step 4
Cover the plate with a clean film, and pop it in the fridge for half an hour.
Step 5
Inside a frying pan, heat the
Oil (as needed)
up. Cook your cutlets in batches for about 3 minutes on each side.
Step 6
Serve with some
Salad Greens (to taste)
and enjoy!
