Step 1
Into a slow cooker, add the Beef (1 kilogram), Beef Stock (1/2 cup), Yellow Onion (2), Garlic (1 clove), Red Bell Pepper (2), Canned Diced Tomatoes (400 gram), Sweet Paprika (2 tablespoon), Water (1/2 cup), Salt and Pepper (to taste). Mix everything together, and cook for 8 hours on low.
Step 2
Add in the Sour Cream (1/4 cup), and give the mixture a gentle stir. Serve with the White Rice (to taste).
