Step 1
Into a slow cooker, add the Beef (2.2 lb) , Beef Stock (1/2 cup) , Yellow Onions (2) , Garlic (1 clove) , Red Bell Peppers (2) , Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 3/4 cups) , Sweet Paprika (2 Tbsp) , Water (1/2 cup) , Salt and Pepper (to taste) . Mix everything together, and cook for 8 hours on low.
Step 2
Add in the Sour Cream (1/4 cup) , and give the mixture a gentle stir. Serve with the White Rice (to taste) .
