Step 1
Sprinkle the bottom of your slow cooker with All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup) and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Next add the Beef (2.2 lb) and toss to coat in flour. Add Bourbon (1/4 cup) and stir slightly.
Step 2
Next add Garlic (1 clove) , Onion (1) , Mushrooms (1 cup) , Carrots (3) , Italian Seasoning (to taste) and Beef Stock (4 cups) . Mix in the Canned Diced Tomatoes (2 cups) and the Tomato Soup (1 3/4 cups) and let cook for 3-4 hours on low.
