Next add Garlic (1 clove), Onion (1), Mushrooms (1 cup), Carrots (3), Italian Seasoning (to taste) and Beef Stock (4 cups). Mix in the Canned Diced Tomatoes (2 cups) and the Tomato Soup (15 oz) and let cook for 3-4 hours on low.
