Step 1
Blend
Sandwich Bread (4 slices)
. To the same blender, add
White Fish Fillets (1.1 lb)

Scallions (1 bunch)

Fresh Dill (1 Tbsp)

Egg (1)

Salt (to taste)

Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and process until mixed together.
Step 2
Using wet hands, divide the mixture into 8 patties and place on a tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Cover the cakes with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for half an hour.
Step 3
Add
Olive Oil (as needed)
to a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3 minutes on each side or until golden on the outside and cooked all the way through.
