Blend Sandwich Bread (4 slices). To the same blender, add White Fish Fillets (1.1 lb), Scallion (1 bunch), Fresh Dill (1 Tbsp), Egg (1), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and process until mixed together.

Using wet hands, divide the mixture into 8 patties and place on a tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Cover the cakes with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for half an hour.
