In a mixing bowl, add Caster Sugar (1/2 cup), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) and Butter (80 gram). Mix together.
Add Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), Egg (1) and Sultanas (1/2 cup). Mix until combined.
Sift in All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon) and Baking Soda (1 teaspoon). Stir everything together until just combined.
Place small spoonfuls of the dough, rolled into balls, onto baking trays lined with non-stick baking paper.
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 10-15 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool for 10 minutes.
