In a mixing jug, add Egg (3), Milk (1 cup), Salt and Pepper (to taste) and Parmesan Cheese (50 gram). Using a whisk, mix together.
In a large pot, add Pasta (500 gram), Ham Slice (200 gram) and egg mixture. Over a low heat, cook for 2-3 minutes, until everything is warmed through.
Garnish with Fresh Chives (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
