Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Wash and cube Red Potato (6) and place in a bowl.
Stir in Olive Oil (1/4 cup) to coat potatoes.
Sprinkle in Dried Rosemary (1 1/2 teaspoon), Dried Thyme (1 1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1 teaspoon) and mix well.
Spread potatoes evenly onto a baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 30-40 minutes or until slightly brown. Shake baking sheet every 10 minutes so potatoes don't burn!
