Boil a pot of water. When bubbling, carefully add Gnocchi (1.1 lb). When the gnocchi bob to the surface, they're done and you can scoop them out with a slotted spoon. Drain on a paper towel.

In a deep fry pan, add a bit of Olive Oil (as needed). Over medium to high heat, add Yellow Onion (1), Garlic (2 cloves), and Bacon (7 oz). Stir for 3-4 minutes or until the onion has softened.

Add the Red Chili Pepper (1) and Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 3/4 cups) then stir to mix. Reduce the heat slightly and let simmer uncovered for five minutes or until the mixture thickens slightly.

Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and add in the gnocchi. Transfer to a casserole dish and sprinkle with some Cheese (1 cup). Cook at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
