Step 1
Whisk together the Sour Cream (1/2 cup), Buttermilk (1/2 cup), Apple Cider Vinegar (2 tablespoon), Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon), and Kosher Salt (1 teaspoon). Taste. For more bite, add an extra Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar. Stir and taste again. Adjust with more salt if necessary.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss together the Green Cabbage (1 head) and Red Onion (1). Add the dressing and toss to coat. Taste. Adjust with more salt if necessary.
