Whisk together the Sour Cream (1/2 cup) , Buttermilk (1/2 cup) , Apple Cider Vinegar (2 Tbsp) , Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) , and Kosher Salt (1 tsp) . Taste. For more bite, add an extra Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar. Stir and taste again. Adjust with more salt if necessary.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss together the Green Cabbage (1 head) and Red Onion (1) . Add the dressing and toss to coat. Taste. Adjust with more salt if necessary.
