Cooking Instructions

Place Potato (2 pound), Carrot (1), Onion (1), Chicken Broth (3 cup) and Salt (to taste). Cover, cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH 3 to 3-1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender/soft.
Step 2
Stir in Evaporated Milk (1 cup) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Cover, cook on HIGH for 15 minutes.
Step 3
urn off heat. Let stand, uncovered, 5 minutes. Stir in Cheddar Cheese (2 cup) until melted. Adjust seasoning.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
