Fire Roasted Corn Kernels , room temperature
1/3 cup
Red Onions , chopped
2 cloves
Garlic , minced

Medium Jalapeño Pepper , deseeded, finely chopped
1/4 cup
1 tsp
Limes , zested
1 1/2 Tbsp
Lime Juice , freshly squeezed
1/2 tsp

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine Grape Tomatoes (7 oz) , Fire Roasted Corn Kernels (1 cup) , Red Onions (1/3 cup) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Jalapeño Pepper (1) and Fresh Cilantro (1/4 cup) . Add Limes (1 tsp) , Lime Juice (1 1/2 Tbsp) and Sea Salt (1/2 tsp) . Stir to combine.
Step 2
Taste, add more lime juice and salt as necessary. Serve immediately and enjoy!
