Graham Crackers (3 cups)
with a food processor and put it in a bowl. Melt
Butter (3/4 cup)
and mix it with the crumbs. Divide the mixture in a non-stick muffin tray. Press them down with a spoon. Put the tray into the fridge for half an hour.
For the filling: Put
Butter (1/3 cup)
into a sauce pan. Add in
Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
and stir until the butter has melted. Add in
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups)
and stir it in. Stir over a low heat for about five minutes.
Take the mix off the heat and stir in
Milk Chocolate (2/3 cup)
. Divide mixture between the bases and return the pies to the fridge for an hour.
Take the pies out of the tray. Arrange slices of
on top of each pie. Top with
Whipped Cream (to taste)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 tsp)
over them. Serve!
