Mini Chocolate Banoffee Pies

Chocolate Banoffee Pies are decadent, super sweet desserts. Crushed cookies are combined with butter to create the base. A Chocolate / Caramel filling is topped with slices of Banana and whipped cream to create a dessert that everyone will be talking about - give it a go!

Brown Sugar

Sweetened Condensed Milk

Milk Chocolate , melted

or Dark Chocolate for stronger flavor

Bananas , sliced

Whipped Cream

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Graham Crackers

Cooking Instructions

Crush Graham Crackers (3 cups) with a food processor and put it in a bowl. Melt Butter (7 oz) and mix it with the crumbs. Divide the mixture in a non-stick muffin tray. Press them down with a spoon. Put the tray into the fridge for half an hour.

For the filling: Put Butter (3.5 oz) into a sauce pan. Add in Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) and stir until the butter has melted. Add in Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups) and stir it in. Stir over a low heat for about five minutes.

Take the mix off the heat and stir in Milk Chocolate (2/3 cup) . Divide mixture between the bases and return the pies to the fridge for an hour.

Take the pies out of the tray. Arrange slices of Bananas (2) on top of each pie. Top with Whipped Cream (to taste) and pour Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 tsp) over them. Serve!
