Put Water (1/4 cup) and Hoisin Sauce (1/3 cup) in a jug. Stir them together.
Into a fyring pan, pour some vegetable oil. Add Beef (500 gram) that has been cut up into strips. Stir fry for four to five minutes.
Transfer the meat to a bowl, and cook the veggies. Put Yellow Onion (1), Celery (2 stalk) and Carrot (2) to the pan. Stir fry for one or two minutes.
Return the meat to the pan and add the sauce. Stir for a couple of minutes until the sauce starts to bowl. Serve over rice or noodles.
