Step 1
In a saucepan, melt
Butter (2 Tbsp)
Add
All-Purpose Flour (3 Tbsp)
and stir to combine over a low heat. Add
Milk (3 cups)
and stir until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add
Egg (1)
and beat it through before it starts to cook. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 3
Add
Canned Tuna in Water (1 1/2 cups)
and
Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 3/4 cups)
. Stir to combine, breaking up larger chunks as you go.
Step 4
Bring a pot of water to boil and cook
Fettuccine (1.1 lb)
according to package directions.
Step 5
Pour sauce over the noodles. Serve immediately and enjoy!
