Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a mixing jug, add Egg (4), Caster Sugar (1/4 cup) and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon).
Then add in Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), Milk (2 cup), and Cream (1 1/4 cup). Whisk together until mixture is smooth.
Cut White Sandwich Bread (8 slice) in half diagonally and slather both sides with Butter (50 gram).
Assemble them in a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle over half of the Sultanas (3/4 cup), another layer of bread, and then the remaining sultanas.
Pour custard mixture over top. Sprinkle with Caster Sugar (1 tablespoon). Leave on counter for 10-15 minutes.
Bake at for 30 minutes, or until custard has set and is lightly golden on top.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
