Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a mixing jug, add Eggs (4), Caster Sugar (4 Tbsp) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).

Then add in Ground Cinnamon (as needed), Milk (2 cups), and Cream (1 1/4 cups). Whisk together until mixture is smooth.
4.
Cut White Sandwich Bread (8 slices) in half diagonally and slather both sides with Butter (2 oz).
5.
Assemble them in a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle over half of the Sultanas (3/4 cup), another layer of bread, and then the remaining sultanas.
6.
Pour custard mixture over top. Sprinkle with Caster Sugar (1 Tbsp). Leave on counter for 10-15 minutes.
7.
Bake at for 30 minutes, or until custard has set and is lightly golden on top.
8.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
9.
Serve and enjoy!
