Step 1
In a pot, heat up
Olive Oil (as needed)

Onion (1)
and
Ground Beef (1.1 lb)
. Cook until beef is browned.

Add
Beef Stock (1 cup)

Worcestershire Sauce (3 splashes)

Ketchup (1 dollop)
,
Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and
Gravy (1/2 Tbsp)
. Turn heat down and allow to simmer until mixture starts to thicken.
Step 3
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Pat it down until even, and then set aside until cool.
Step 4
Add
Butter (1 Tbsp)
and
Parmesan Cheese (to taste)
to
Potatoes (1 lb)
. Top the shepherds pie with the potatoes and score with a fork.
Step 5
Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
