Preheat a pan with high sides on medium heat. Add the Butter (4 tablespoon) so it melts. Add Garlic Paste (1 teaspoon) and Chicken Bouillon Cube (2) until dissolved.
Stir in the Frozen Green Beans (1/2 cup), Frozen Corn (3/4 cup), Celery (1 stalk), Carrot (1), and Frozen Green Peas (1/2 cup) and cook them for about 2 minutes.
Add the Long Grain White Rice (2 cup) and stir. Pour in the Water (3 cup), season with Salt (to taste). stir everything together. Cover the rice and let the water evaporates.
Once the water has evaporated, stir your rice and cover with wax paper or aluminum foil, put the lid on and let the rice cook for 25-30 minutes.
