Step 1
Preheat a pan with high sides on medium heat. Add the
Butter (1/4 cup)
so it melts. Add
Garlic Paste (1 tsp)
and
Chicken Bouillon Cubes (2)
until dissolved.

Stir in the
Frozen Green Beans (1/2 cup)
,
Frozen Corn Kernels (3/4 cup)
,
Celery (1 stalk)
,
Carrot (1)
, and
Frozen Green Peas (1/2 cup)
and cook them for about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the
Long Grain White Rice (2 cups)
and stir. Pour in the
Water (3 cups)
, season with
Salt (to taste)
. stir everything together. Cover the rice and let the water evaporates.
Step 4
Once the water has evaporated, stir your rice and cover with wax paper or aluminum foil, put the lid on and let the rice cook for 25-30 minutes.
