Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a muffin tin.

Take a large mixing bowl and whisk All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Cornmeal (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), and Salt (1/2 tsp) together and set aside.

Add Honey (1/4 cup), Egg (1), Butter (1/4 cup) in Buttermilk (1 cup) and mix together. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix.
step 4
Pour the batter into the muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve with butter and enjoy!
