Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a muffin tin.
Step 2
Take a large mixing bowl and whisk All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Cornmeal (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup), Baking Powder (1 tablespoon), Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1/2 teaspoon) together and set aside.
Step 3
Add Honey (1/4 cup), Egg (1), Butter (1/4 cup) in Buttermilk (1 cup) and mix together.
Step 4
Add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix.
Step 5
Pour the batter into the muffin pan.
Step 6
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve with butter and enjoy!
