Put Fresh Blueberries (2 pint), Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), Lemon (1/2 teaspoon), Lemon Juice (2 teaspoon), Corn Starch (2 teaspoon) and Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon) into a large mixing bowl and mix together.
Put Egg (1) into Milk (2/3 cup) and whisk together and add in All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Baking Powder (2 teaspoon), Granulated Sugar (1 cup) mixture. Pour the melted Butter (1/2 cup) in the pan and then pour the batter. Then, put the blueberry mixture on top evenly. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and bake for 40 minutes. Let cool.
