How To Make Blueberry Pancakes. One of my favorite things about summer is the fresh blueberries, so I decided to make some delicious and fluffy blueberry pancakes. This is excellent way to start your day right or to include it in you brunch table.

All-Purpose Flour

Baking Powder

Baking Soda
•

Salt

Buttermilk

Large Eggs

Granulated Sugar

1/4
cup
Butter
, melted
•

cup
Fresh Blueberries
•
to taste
Maple Syrup
Cooking Instructions

Take a large bowl and mix
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
,
Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
,
Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup)
and
Salt (3/4 tsp)
together. Set aside. Put
Large Eggs (2)
into
Buttermilk (2 cups)
and whisk it. Pour the wet ingredient into the dry ingredient and mix together. Then, add
Butter (1/4 cup)
and continue mixing.

Grease the pan and add a spoonful of batter. Then put the
Fresh Blueberries (1 cup)
on top. Once the edge is dry, flip the pancake. Served with
Maple Syrup (to taste)
and enjoy!
