Take a large bowl and mix All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup) and Salt (3/4 tsp) together. Set aside. Put Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2) into Buttermilk (2 cups) and whisk it. Pour the wet ingredient into the dry ingredient and mix together. Then, add Butter (1/4 cup) and continue mixing.

Grease the pan and add a spoonful of batter. Then put the Fresh Blueberry (1 cup) on top. Once the edge is dry, flip the pancake. Served with Maple Syrup (to taste) and enjoy!
