How To Make Blueberry Pancakes. One of my favorite things about summer is the fresh blueberries, so I decided to make some delicious and fluffy blueberry pancakes. This is excellent way to start your day right or to include it in you brunch table.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Take a large bowl and mix All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Baking Powder (2 teaspoon), Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon), Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup) and Salt (3/4 teaspoon) together. Set aside. Put Large Egg (2) into Buttermilk (2 cup) and whisk it. Pour the wet ingredient into the dry ingredient and mix together. Then, add Butter (1/4 cup) and continue mixing.
Step 2
Grease the pan and add a spoonful of batter. Then put the Fresh Blueberries (1 cup) on top. Once the edge is dry, flip the pancake. Served with Maple Syrup (to taste) and enjoy!
