Take a large bowl and mix All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Baking Powder (2 tsp), Baking Soda (as needed), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp) and Salt (1 tsp) together. Set aside. Put Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (sponsored) (2) into Buttermilk (2 cups) and whisk it. Pour the wet ingredient into the dry ingredient and mix together. Then, add Butter (4 Tbsp) and continue mixing.

Grease the pan and add a spoonful of batter. Then put the Fresh Blueberry (1 cup) on top. Once the edge is dry, flip the pancake. Served with Maple Syrup (to taste) and enjoy!
