Step 1
Take a large bowl and mix All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Baking Soda (1/2 tsp) , Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup) and Salt (3/4 tsp) together. Set aside. Put Large Eggs (2) into Buttermilk (2 cups) and whisk it. Pour the wet ingredient into the dry ingredient and mix together. Then, add Butter (1/4 cup) and continue mixing.
Step 2
Grease the pan and add a spoonful of batter. Then put the Fresh Blueberries (1 cup) on top. Once the edge is dry, flip the pancake. Served with Maple Syrup (to taste) and enjoy!
