In a bowl, season the Shrimp (1 pound) with Old Bay® Seasoning (1 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1/4 teaspoon), and Olive Oil (1 tablespoon).
In a different bowl, add the Mango (1), Red Bell Pepper (1/3 cup), Red Onion (1/4 cup), Avocado (1), Jalapeño Pepper (to taste) and Fresh Cilantro (1/4 cup). Juice the Lime (2) over the top and add the Salt (1/2 teaspoon) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Mix thoroughly.
On the stove, grill the shrimp for 3 minutes on each side.
Toast the White Corn Tortilla (8) by placing them directly over the fire briefly. Assemble the tacos with 3-4 shrimp on each tortilla and a scoop of the salsa.
