In a bowl, season the Shrimp (1 lb) with Old Bay® Seasoning (1 tsp), Garlic Powder (as needed), and Olive Oil (1 Tbsp).

In a different bowl, add the Mango (1), Red Bell Pepper (1/3 cup), Red Onions (4 Tbsp), Avocado (1), Jalapeño Peppers (to taste) and Fresh Cilantro (4 Tbsp). Juice the Limes (2) over the top and add the Salt (as needed) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Mix thoroughly.
