Step 1
In a bowl, season the
Shrimp (1 lb)
with
Old Bay® Seasoning (1 tsp)
,
Garlic Powder (1/4 tsp)
, and
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 2
In a different bowl, add the
Mango (1)
,
Red Bell Peppers (1/3 cup)
,
Red Onions (1/4 cup)
,
Avocado (1)
,
Jalapeño Peppers (to taste)
and
Fresh Cilantro (1/4 cup)
. Juice the
Limes (2)
over the top and add the
Salt (1/2 tsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
On the stove, grill the shrimp for 3 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Toast the
White Corn Tortillas (8)
by placing them directly over the fire briefly. Assemble the tacos with 3-4 shrimp on each tortilla and a scoop of the salsa.
