In a food processor, or a blender if none are available, add the fresh
Fresh Basil (3 cups)
, fresh
Fresh Parsley (1 cup)

Walnuts (1/4 cup)

Garlic (3 cloves)
, and
Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)
. Zest and juice the
Lemon (1)
into the processor and turn it on.
Step 2
When well processed, add
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and the
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2/3 cup)
. Blend again.
