Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups) , Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/2 cup) , and Butter (2/3 cup) . Mix together.
Step 3
Press dough into the bottom of a lightly greased 18x28-centimeter pan lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 15 minutes.
Step 5
In a mixing bowl, add Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups) and Egg (1) . Beat together until smooth. Add Self-Rising Flour (2 Tbsp) and Lemon Juice (1/2 cup) . Mix again.
Step 6
Pour the lemon mixture over the top of the crust.
Step 7
Bake for another 30 minutes, or until the top has set.
Step 8
Allow lemon slice to cool for 10 minutes.
Step 9
Place lemon slice in fridge for 1 hour to cool.
Step 10
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
