All-Purpose Flour

Powdered Confectioners Sugar

Butter , melted

Sweetened Condensed Milk

Lemons , freshly squeezed

Eggland's Best Classic Egg

2 Tbsp

Self-Rising Flour

or 2 Tbsp Flour + 1 tsp Baking Powder

Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups) , Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/2 cup) , and Butter (5.5 oz) . Mix together.

Press dough into the bottom of a lightly greased 18x28-centimeter pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 15 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, add Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups) and Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) . Beat together until smooth. Add Self-Rising Flour (2 Tbsp) and juice from Lemons (3) . Mix again.

Pour the lemon mixture over the top of the crust.

Bake for another 30 minutes, or until the top has set.

Allow lemon slice to cool for 10 minutes.

Place lemon slice in fridge for 1 hour to cool.
