Preheat the oven to 430 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In a saucepan add Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and Ground Beef (1.1 lb). Using a wooden spoon break apart the minced beef and cook until brown.

While beef is cooking add in the Scallion (1 bunch) and Button Mushrooms (6) and stir. Add in Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Dried Thyme (2 tsp) and Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp) then continue to stir.

Mix in Breadcrumbs (4 Tbsp) and stir. Once that has cooked turn off the heat and set it aside to cool.

Take Puff Pastry (4 sheets) and using a bowl as a guide and knife cut into large circles. Add a quarter of the beef mixture into the center of the puff pastry circle. Crack Egg (1) into a small container and beat. Using the eggwash paint the edges of each circle.

Fold the pastry over and using a fork crimp the edges together to seal the pies. Transfer the pies onto a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Brush each pie with the remaining egg wash.

Place tray into preheated oven at 430 degrees F (220 degrees C) for about 25-30 minutes or until pastry is golden and puffed up. Once they are golden and puffed take them out and let them cool for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
