Add Red Cabbage (3 cup), Carrot (2 cup), Brussels Sprouts (1 cup), Fresh Cilantro (1 cup), and Mango (1) in a medium or large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk the juice of the Lime (2), Sesame Oil (1/3 cup), Poppy Seeds (1 tablespoon), Salt (2 tablespoon), Ground Ginger (1 tablespoon) and Honey (1/4 cup) together.
Pour over the veggies and mango. Toss together and let sit in the fridge for ten minutes before serving. Season with Black Sesame Seeds (to taste).
