Add Red Cabbage (3 cups) , Carrots (2 cups) , Brussels Sprouts (1 cup) , Fresh Cilantro (1 cup) , and Mango (1) in a medium or large bowl.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk the juice of the Limes (2) , Sesame Oil (1/3 cup) , Poppy Seeds (1 Tbsp) , Salt (2 Tbsp) , Ground Ginger (1 Tbsp) and Honey (1/4 cup) together.
Step 3
Pour over the veggies and mango. Toss together and let sit in the fridge for ten minutes before serving. Season with Black Sesame Seeds (to taste) .
