Step 1
Take a large bowl and add
All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)

Caster Sugar (1 Tbsp)

Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
and
Salt (1/2 tsp)
. Mix it. Put
Butter (1/2 cup)
into the bowl and incorporate with fingers. Add
Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups)
,
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (7 slices)
and
Scallions (1/2 cup)
. Mix it well and set aside.
Step 2
Take a jug and add
Heavy Cream (1/2 cup)
,
Large Egg (1)
and mix with a fork. Pour it into the dry ingredients and mix it with hands.
Step 3
Transform the dough to a floured surface and form the dough to a circle. Cut with a biscuit cutter and brush it with the leftovers in the jug. Bake for 18 minutes at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Cool it down and enjoy!
