Take a large bowl and add All-Purpose Flour (2 cup), Caster Sugar (1 tablespoon), Baking Powder (2 1/4 teaspoon) and Salt (1/2 teaspoon). Mix it. Put Butter (1/2 cup) into the bowl and incorporate with fingers. Add Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cup), Bacon (7 slice) and Scallion (1/2 cup). Mix it well and set aside.
Take a jug and add Heavy Cream (1/2 cup), Large Egg (1) and mix with a fork. Pour it into the dry ingredients and mix it with hands.
Transform the dough to a floured surface and form the dough to a circle. Cut with a biscuit cutter and brush it with the leftovers in the jug. Bake for 18 minutes at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Cool it down and enjoy!
