Step 1
In a large oven-safe pan over medium high heat, heat
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
. Add
Red Bell Pepper (1/2)
,
Green Bell Pepper (1/2)
,
Garlic (3 cloves)
,
Onion (1)
, and
Spanish Chorizo (3.5 oz)
and cook for 3-5 minutes or until it starts to soften. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 second.
Step 2
Add
Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2)
,
Cajun Seasoning (1 tsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and cook, stirring occasionally until the chicken is done, 8-10 minutes. Dissolve the
Knorr® Stock Cube (1)
, pour in
Water (2 cups)
, add
Long Grain White Rice (1 1/4 cups)
,
Tomato Sauce (1 3/4 cups)
and give everything a good stir.
Step 3
Stir in the
Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
. Bring mixture to a simmer then transfer to the over and bake until the rice is cook through, 30 minutes or so.
Step 4
Serve immediately and enjoy!
