In a large oven-safe pan over medium high heat, heat Olive Oil (1 tablespoon). Add Red Bell Pepper (1/2), Green Bell Pepper (1/2), Garlic (3 clove), Onion (1), and Spanish Chorizo (3.5 ounce) and cook for 3-5 minutes or until it starts to soften. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 second.
Add Chicken Breast (2), Cajun Seasoning (1 teaspoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste) and cook, stirring occasionally until the chicken is done, 8-10 minutes. Dissolve the Knorr® Stock Cube (1), pour in Water (2 cup), add Long Grain White Rice (1 1/4 cup), Tomato Sauce (15 ounce) and give everything a good stir.
Stir in the Cheddar Cheese (1 cup). Bring mixture to a simmer then transfer to the over and bake until the rice is cook through, 30 minutes or so.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
