Step 1
In a bowl, add the
Sirloin Steak (1.3 lb)
and
Seasoned Salt (1 tsp)
and give it a good mix. In a pan over medium high heat, add some
Butter (2 Tbsp)
to melt. When hot, add the beef and cook for about 3 minutes on each side or to desired level.
Step 2
Remove the meat and add more
Butter (2 Tbsp)
to the pan. Next add the
Onion (1)
and cook for 3 minutes or until translucent.
Step 3
Add
Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 cups)
and
Garlic (3 cloves)
, mix and cook everything for 5 minutes. Deglaze the pan with
White Wine (1/4 cup)
and stir.
Step 4
In a separate container, add
All-Purpose Flour (3 Tbsp)
and
Worcestershire Sauce (1 tsp)
to
Beef Broth (1 1/2 cups)
and mix until there are no more lumps. Add sauce to the vegetables and let thicken up, about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add
Sour Cream (1/2 cup)
and stir together until combined. Add back the beef.and some
Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp)
. Mix thoroughly. Serve with pasta or rice.
