Step 1
Using the lid of the cool whip, trace a circle around the top of the
Pumpkin (1)
. Use your nifty pumpkin carver and carve a circle. Check to see if the cool whip tub fits, otherwise you may need to carve some more!
Step 2
Scrape out the guts and seeds.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix the
Whipped Topping (1 tub)
,
Pumpkin Purée (1 can)
,
Instant Vanilla Pudding (1 box)
, and
Pumpkin Pie Spice (1 tsp)
until combined. Transfer into the tub and place in the pumpkin.
Step 4
Garnish with
Ground Cinnamon (to taste)
and serve with
Ginger Snap Cookies (to taste)
. Enjoy!
