3 Tbsp
Vegetable Oil

1/4 tsp
Mustard Seeds
•
1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds
•
1 cup
Fresh Pineapple Chunks
•
1/4 tsp
Ajwain Seeds
•
1 pinch
Ground Turmeric
•
to taste
Chili Powder
(optional)
•
to taste
Salt

Cooking Instructions

1. 
Heat Vegetable Oil (3 Tbsp) in a thick bottom pan over medium heat.
2. 
Add Mustard Seeds (1/4 tsp) .
3. 
When they pop, immediately add Cumin Seeds (1/4 tsp) .
4. 
Add Green Bell Pepper (1) , Tomato (1) , and Fresh Pineapple Chunks (1 cup) .
5. 
Add Ajwain Seeds (1/4 tsp) , Ground Turmeric (1 pinch) , Chili Powder (to taste) , and Salt (to taste) .
6. 
Stir well but gently, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until tender.
7. 
Serve hot and enjoy!
